    Currently, ProntoUK is having Hard Drive issues.

    Were talking backups to ensure data safety, once completed we will attempt restoration efforts.

Pronto Germany Gameservers - Node Issue (Resolved)

    As most of you have noticed, that your Germany Gameserver is offline. The datacenter is currently having node issues and they're working the best they can to have this resolved As Soon as Possible. Please continue to be patient, and we'll do our best to get your servers back online once the issue is fixed.

     

    Update 6:45 AM EST:

    It Seems we were hit with a DDOS attack. Were currently null routed at this time.

    Were working with the datacenter to resolve it, thanks for your patience.

    Update 9:48 AM EST:

    The datacenter is current non-responsive to our requests, were still working our hardest to get your servers back online.

    Everyone will be getting credit back for the inconvenice.

    Update 1:45 PM EST:

    It is resolved, we will be keeping this network issue open for 24-48 hours to make sure it is completely resolved.

    We apologize for the downtime with our Pronto Servers (Teamspeak and GTA SA:MP). We are investigating this issue and contacting the DC to have this resolved. Please be patient while we do so.   • We are currently having issues with our Axiom Servers. They are currently timing out, and come back up..

    We are working with the DataCenter and the Tech Staff to have this resolved ASAP!

    At this time, the network is still unaccessable to clients and us aswell, we have datacenter techs working on this matter. It appears to be a network related attack towards a lot of systems inside the datacenter Axiom is on.

    Our IP is currently in null route phase due to the attack caused, our Datcenter is currently short-staffed due to the holiday which is why resolving is not as prompt right now. We are working to resolve this and will give you the update the latest we can.
